Forced Conversions and Violence against Minorities is a discussion circle and guest speaker session hosted by Guftani in Karachi, bringing together activists, legal experts, and members of the Minority Rights March to examine the ongoing crisis of forced conversions in Pakistan. The event addresses how religious minority communities — particularly young girls and minors — are allegedly abducted, forcibly converted, and misrepresented through manipulated legal documents, and explores the broader systemic failures that shield perpetrators from accountability. Attendees will also work toward forming a concrete plan of action against forced conversion.
