Sacred Geometric Design (گرہ سازی) is a 3-month practical course in Karachi, jointly presented by Hast-o-Neest, Lahore and Danish-o-Ramish, Karachi, and taught by master craftsman Ustad Rizwanullah Khan. Instructor: Ustad Rizwanullah Khan About the Course: A practical introduction to the geometric traditions of the Islamic world, this course trains students in the discipline of the compass to construct six-fold and four-fold designs. Students will analyse famous architectural motifs spanning from Multan's shrines to Spain's Alhambra, and learn how to build professional-grade patterns using traditional hexagonal and square grid systems.
