Intro to Open Processing is a hands-on creative coding workshop held at Nani Ghar, CFAW in Karachi, marking Processing Community Day with an accessible introduction to digital art-making through code. About the Workshop: Participants will be guided through the basics of the p5.js programming library and the OpenProcessing platform. By exploring fundamental concepts — variables, functions, and loops — attendees will learn how to create fun and expressive digital artworks. Some prior programming experience is preferable but not required. About the Facilitator: The workshop is led by Nabeera H, a creative technologist, software engineer, and ethical tech advocate. She is the founder of Code Circles, a community-building initiative exploring what coding looks like beyond technocapitalist gains. Organiser: Centre for Arts-Based Methodologies and Wellbeing (CFAW)
