Day 1 — 3rd July: Opening Ceremony, Committee Sessions 1–3, Namaz and Lunch Break, Tea Break
Day 2 — 4th July: Committee Sessions 4–6, Lunch Break, Tea Break, Glowcade Social (7:00–9:00 PM)
Day 3 — 5th July: Committee Sessions 7–9, Lunch Break, Tea Break, Closing Ceremony, Formal Dinner Social
